Refund policy
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on opened packages.
However, if your order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email us at support@shopwarm.in within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and your order ID.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method. Cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t already shipped.
